Abstract submissions are now open

The deadline for abstract proposals is February 1, 2024.

Primary contacts will be informed of the decision of the Scientific Committee by February 20, 2024.

Presentation format

The Scientific Committee will select abstracts for oral and poster presentations based on anonymous review. Oral presentations will be allotted 8 minutes with 2 minutes for questions. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation. 

Content

Abstract submissions must address one or more of the following: Prevention, Detection/diagnosis, Prognosis/modifiers or Treatment of concussion. Content must clearly include relevant scientific data and demonstrate explicit application to concussion. 

Proposal

Your submission must include the information below.

• Title (Make the title brief but informative, clearly indicating the nature of the study)
• Names, affiliations and contact information for presenting author and co-authors
• Structured abstract (300 words): Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions 

Please note: Decisions of the reviewing committee are final. No revisions will be permitted for declined submissions.
