On behalf of the CCN-RCC Executive Committee and Advisory Council, we are pleased to announce that the 5th Annual Meeting (CCN-RCC 2025) will be held from June 9-10, 2025, in Victoria, British Columbia.

Our conference aims to bring together leading clinicians, researchers and community members to exchange ideas and share their experiences and new avenues in prevention, detection/diagnosis, prediction of recovery, and management/treatment of concussion. This interactive and interdisciplinary event will focus on current advances in concussion and provide a forum for our attendees to participate in a variety of workshops, symposia, and presentations, led by experts and speakers from leading institutions across Canada.

All CCN-RCC members, trainees, clinicians and community stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

Registration fees:

Network member (principal investigator, research staff, affiliate professional) AND/OR Non-member:

• Early Bird (available until April 15, 2025): $399.00 + GST CAD
• Standard Rate: $449.00 + GST CAD

Network trainee or affiliate student:

• Standard Rate: $149.00 + GST CAD

Registration cancellations are subject to an administration fee.

The CCN-RCC Annual Meeting will be held in person at the Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria, British Columbia. All participants, including presenters, will be required to register for the Meeting. The Meeting organizers and CCN-RCC Executive Committee support and will follow the rules and emergency orders set out by the Government of Canada to limit the spread of COVID-19. Participants will need to follow any and all requirements for local, out-of-province and international visitors to British Columbia in order to attend the Meeting and refunds will not be provided for individuals unable to meet these requirements.
